GRAPPA DA VINACCE DI VINO NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO

Description

Sangiovese pomace, still fresh, is the only ingredient that is skillfully distilled using state-of-the-art techniques and generational experience, and is used to produce our grappa. This grappa is a direct expression of the scents of the Montepulciano grape harvest. Obtained from selected pomace, it expresses intense and refined aromas of cherry, plum, violet and beeswax on the nose. On the palate it is intense, pleasantly soft and balanced. The finish is persistent with flavours of cherry, raspberry and hazelnut.
